Payment: All payments will be handled through Paypal, but you do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering. At checkout, simply select “No, I don’t have a PayPal account” then fill out form and continue to complete the order. Personal checks and money orders can not be accepted.

Shipping: Shipment will be made via Express Mail Service through the Japanese post office. Packages will be shipped on the first business day after receipt of payment has been verified. The post office estimates delivery times ranging from 4 to 5 days for North America and most countries in Europe. The postage rates shown on each listing have been calculated according to the weight of each obi or kimono using the rate chart supplied by the Japanese post office.

Customs charges: Any customs or import charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your own local post office if you have questions on this issue.

Returns: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me by e-mail within 5 days after receiving your shipment in order to discuss the reason for your dissatisfaction. If you wish to return your purchase, the cost of return shipping would be at your expense. A refund will be issued only after the returned item is received in good condition and will be for the purchase price only.
